For the newbies out there, Cannabis will begin the flowering stage as daylight hours become less and less. The rule of thumb is when daylight hours begin to dip below 14 hours. In the Duluth area, where I grow, I have noticed that flowering will typically start around the 3rd or 4th week of August, depending on the strain.
